Multi-Objective Optimization of Microstructure of Gravure Cell Based on Response Surface Method

In order to improve the structural stiffness of gravure cell structure in solid printing process and realize a lightweight design, multi-objective optimization design method was proposed optimize parameters direct laser engraving structure. this paper, based on characteristics analysis contact force, ANSYS parametric language (APDL) used conduct finite element microstructure regular hexagonal cell. We found that there is certain space. Then, response surface (RSM) model, using central composite (CCD), established obtain, then analyze, sensitivity each variable objective functions. Finally, genetic algorithm (MOGA) solve model. The results show maximum deformation reduced by 44.4%, total volume 46.3%. By comparing with model before optimization, rationality effectiveness were verified. This shows can be effectively applied microstructure, it provides theoretical support for new design.
